Large house with backyard shared with just one or two other flatmates …Live like an artiste close to the bohemian community arts centre and weekly markets.

With or without queen size bed. Spacious 3 bedroom house and leafy back yard with gas BBQ dominated by a huge fruiting avocado tree. Freshly painted white interior with polished floorboards or tiles, new appliances. Portable air conditioners for bedrooms and living room.

Stretch your legs after a long day in the huge living room on the 2 comfy, wide lounges with the a/c blasting in front of the big screen TV. Mahogany office desk in the dining room. Separate dining room and laundry. Separate bathroom and wc/toilet. Side entrance.

Bus stop conveniently just up the street. On a bus route to Enmore, Newtown train station, University of Sydney & the Sydney CBD. A selection of Cafes, newsagent, barber, Chinese takeaway, arts/crafts/community centre with Sunday flea markets - all just a 5 minute walk or one bus stop from home. Corner shop/convenience store & Thai restaurant about 5 doors up the street. The Marrickville Metro Mall supermarkets & Enmore park & swimming pool about a 15 minute walk from your door. Plenty of on street unlimited parking.

I'm away most of the time, so it will be just you and one or two other new persons. All the benefits of renting a whole house without the cost! If you want to share with a friend who needs their own room or you need to use one room as an office or studio this is the ideal place.
