The room is medium in size, and comes with a wardrobe. We can get rid of furniture if needed.
Its about a 5 min walk to Marrickville Station, or 15 min walk to Sydenham station. There are frequent buses going towards the city and Newtown (423, 426, 430). Walking distance to a Metro Woollies, Asian grocers, Gyms (One Playground, Anytime Fitness), plenty of eateries along Illawarra and Marrickville Rd (dangerously close to Marrickville Pork Roll). Lots of bars and pubs in the area as well.

Bills and expenses
Internet is $28.33 per month. Electricity and gas are billed every three months and I will divvy the payments monthly so that when the bill is due, it's not delivered in a huge lump sum. Water is also billed every 3 months but it's not a huge bill so I will ask for the full amount (divided obviously) when appropriately due.
