Hi! I'm Dean, 32, from the UK and work full-time in Project Management. I work regular hours Monday - Friday with most weekends off.

During the week I’ll mostly be working on site and in evenings i like chilling out at home, or out with friends socialising, and a beer or two. I occasionally work from home, but would be max once/twice a week. I enjoy cooking homemade meals, and meal prepping for lunches. On weekends I like going adventures, going to the beach, generally just being out and about. I’m a social person who always likes to meet new people. As social as i am i fully respect others space, as i do like my downtime aswell. I’m a calm, organised and easygoing person. The most important thing for me is looking for someone who is clean and respectful. As much as I do enjoy socialising it’s not a party apartment.

2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with balcony and stunning views of the city.

This is a modern apartment to which i have only moved in a couple months ago. Everything in the apartment is new and comes equipped with all the essentials: TV, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer etc.
The apartment is spacious and as you can see from the floor plan.

The room for rent is furnished with a queen size bed (only bought in November) and has direct access to balcony. The room is spacious and has built in wardrobes / storage. The main bathroom in the apartment will be your own bathroom as I have the en-suite to use. Each room has its own AC / Heating.

Bus stop is a 2 minutes’ walk with direct buses to the city, and mascot train station a 10 min walk away.

Close to shops and supermarkets

There is currently no parking available in the apartment, but may be able to get street parking 5 mins round the corner.

Happy to arrange viewings after 7pm on weekdays, can be flexible at the weekends.

Not looking to share with couples, sorry.

Bond will be 2 weeks and the rent paid upfront for the week ahead.

Room available for 2 months, possibility to extend on a month by month basis after that as may need the room back in May/ June time. Will always give 4/5 weeks notice of when I need the room back though.
