This place will be one of the most incredible places you have ever seen. It’s a total gem with arguably the best view over Sydney of any apartment.

From the windows there’s a sweeping view of Sydney Harbour meaning that you can watch the ferries and trains run under and over the bridge while watching a movie or before you go to sleep at night.

There’s also panoramic views over North Sydney and we’re high up here on level 15 so you look down over Lavender Bay too. It’s undoubtedly awesome and inspiring. I’ve still not gotten sick of it after 4 years of living here.

The Mcmahons Point area is also great. It has lots of green space, reserves, picnic spots, and nice cafes.

Transport wise, you’re 100m from the ferry (2 stops to circular quay) and a bus stop that can take you up to North Sydney - which is otherwise a 15 min walk.

Beyond that, there’s a pool, outdoor bbq, heaps of parking and friendly neighbours.
