I enjoy cooking, watching movies, and exploring new restaurants on the weekends.
The apartment is located in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to the Merrylands train station and shopping center. There is a bus stop infront of the apartment goes to Parramatta in 8-10 mins.
The room available for rent is a cozy and well-furnished bedroom with a large closet and natural light.
I am looking for a clean and respectful flatmate who is also a working professional or student. I prefer someone who is friendly and easy-going, and who is willing to pitch in with household chores and expenses. No smoking or pets, please.
