This room is large, could fit 5 king beds in it . It’s got a beautiful outlook onto the front garden. The room is at the front of the house , high ceilings with an old fireplace in it. This house is a heritage listed house with wooden floors ( no heals on the floor as they are over 180 years. We love this house each housemate has their own level and bathroom. We have a guest room for friends to stay. When it’s not in use I use it for my practice. The bathroom belongs to the room. We all have our own bathroom

has its own bathroom that is shared when we have people say in guest room . Some storage in bathroom . Great lighting, great feel wooden floors could fit three and half (maybe 4) large beds side by side in the room. It’s a big space.

We do have internet that we share.we do have both gas and electricity bills. We are also thinking of getting a cleaner fortnightly
The bills will be split equally. as everything is going up in price we are a house that turns off lights and washing only once a week unless emergency. We used the dishwasher when full ,we have a dryer but we use the line as much as we can unless we need to

I’m Lou , we are a household who work a lot and when we are home it’s chill time. I work in community services Reiki master and counselling, been told I have a calming effect on people.
I love going out with friends or having a relaxing time. friendly open and welcoming, walk to balmoral when i have time off or drive for a quick dip. Shops are close by so walk a lot . I live the outdoors walking swimming Pilates learning ( studying) travel and friends , family are what keep me grounded.
David is the other housemate, he lives on the bottom floor works in sales and from home twice a week , he keeps fit eats well you can find him at balmoral often having a run and coffee before work, we are both social but do enjoy having a quiet home ( nest) to come home to.

Description of pets
Very friendly, shy till he gets to know you . Indoor outdoor cat. Not a biter or scratcher kinda does his own thing but is incredibly attached to his owner ( little shadow ) very cute ☺️ he also had his teeth taken out poor thing but is soooon much happier now
