I'm Fergus and I have a great Furnished room to rent in my place in Mosman.
I have a 12 week trial period in mind to see if we get along well enough to continue the arrangement.
I'm energetic, creative, musical and a sole trader. I'm usually not around much during the day, I have a wooden yacht nearby which I spend a great deal of my spare time messin' around on. Boat Fever !
I rent a garage in Cremorne to store all my junk in and I like to keep the apartment uncluttered.
Ideal situation for visitors with excellent public transport available nearby.

I did a Full fresh paint job all Ceilings walls doors windows skirtings and floors 3 years ago when I signed the lease. so It's pretty sweet.
although it's well suited to, I would prefer a flatmate who works away from home at least 4 days per wk.
I have a washing machine in the courtyard laundry you would be welcome to use, there's no dryer but there's a large hills hoist out there. and an indoor drying rack for wet weather emergencies
