Large Room on a beautiful 25 acre property
We are looking for an amazing housemate to join us on our little piece of paradise in Mulgoa. We are a couple and friend in our 40's - however we are young at heart - sharing a very large amazing and unique house on 25 acres

10 min to M4
15 min to Penrith

Your other house mates include 9 horses, 8 very friendly cows and our beloved chickens which you are welcome to interact with.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any further cats as we have a few however depending on temperament, a dog may be considered if they get along with our very friendly dog.

The house is exceptionally large
and open with an area off the kitchen that can be made into a separate lounge if you so wish.

We looking for a special type of flat mate - we are a very open friendly people with very unique sense of humor are also very family oriented with our families and friends visiting frequently.

While we are social, we are not big drinkers and rarely turns into a party house. Please note it is a "working" property with animals so there will be hay etc in the driveways most of the time.

The house of course open to you and your family as well with notice

We are looking for someone who is willing to help around the property at times as there is always something to do.

LBGT friendly, manners and a sense of humour is a must however age is not an issue depending on the individual.
The property has security in place with locked gates and cameras.
References will be required
