Description of the home

My name is Phil and my 3 bedroom home is in Newington which is a quiet and safe neighbourhood with convenient public transport and shops nearby and a 10 min walk to Olympic Park.

The home is fully furnished, with ducted air conditioning including separate zones operated via app on your phone.

Your bedroom is fully furnished with queen bed & new mattress, triple wardrobe with security safe and a desk. All linen is provided.

Your room has an ensuite bathroom for complete privacy.

kitchen, laundry and fully furnished loungeroom, dining room and courtyard with BBQ facilities are all shared.

Wifi, Netflix, Stan & Disney+ and utility bills are covered in the rent. The house has ducted air conditioning.

I keep my house very clean. My important requests are no drugs, pets or wild parties, no hooks stuck on walls, no smoking indoors, no sleepovers although you are welcome to bring friends and please clean up after yourself in the kitchen and your bathroom. Please respect the need for quiet time after 10.00pm.

Bond is 2 week’s rent Rent to be paid 2 Weeks in advance by EFT.

There is public transport close by to Strathfield, Wentworth Point, Rhodes and Parramatta. On-street parking with no restrictions is available and usually plentiful.

Newington is a lovely, quiet suburb with lots of walking and bicycle tracks, Asian restaurants, Woolies and Aldi supermarkets, and close to Olympic park where there is the Olympic swimming centre and gym and numerous other sporting facilities. Concerts and gaming events are often held at Qudos Arena or other venues within walking distance.

You would be welcome to make this your home for between 3-12 months from 30 May 2026.
