Description of the home

Everything is easy and comfortable in the house. It’s really homely and there’s a lovely garden.

The living area has a big dinner table for entertaining if that’s your thing. You would share the bathroom with me (bath and shower). The kitchen leads to a laundry room which leads into the garden. It is very cute with greenery surrounding the outdoor sofa and fire pit.

We are less than 5 minutes walk to Enmore Theatre and less than 10 minutes to Newtown station. Just at the end of the road are a lot of cafes and bars. There’s also street parking. I have lived in this apartment for a year with some friends but the couple just bought a house so I’m looking to bring someone into the second room. I am really happy here and enjoy being so close to everything going on in Newtown. That said I’m not partying during the week, I’m in my thirties and I’m quite healthy and chilled so it’s quite peaceful. I have a Maincoon cat who is outdoor/ indoor called Alma and she is a bit of a celebrity on the road and Ziggy who’s a lovable ginger cat.
