Description of the home

This house is really easy, comfortable and homely, with a lovely garden that makes it feel like a little escape while still being right in the middle of Newtown/ Enmore.

The living area has a big dining table, great for a dinner party and there’s a separate lounge with a TV. You’d be sharing the bathroom with me and it has both a bath and a shower overlooking the garden. The kitchen leads through to the laundry and then out into the garden, which is one of my favourite parts of the house- lots of greenery, an outdoor sofa and a fire pit. It’s a very cute space to relax in.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Enmore Theatre, around 5 minutes to Newtown station, and just at the end of the road there are loads of cafes, bars and restaurants. I really love living here because it feels close to everything happening in Newtown while still being peaceful at home. I’m in my thirties, pretty chilled, social but I’m not so much into partying anymore. That said I am social and would love to live with someone who is similar in that way.
