The house is located in the heart of Newtown — just a 10-minute walk to both Newtown and Erskineville stations, a couple of streets from Camperdown Park, and surrounded by cafes, bars, and restaurants. It’s also about 10 minutes to Broadway and Marrickville Metro, but the street itself is quiet and peaceful.
The house is very homey and relaxed - there’s a sunny courtyard out the back, TV, comfortable couch and a nice coffee machine.
