Home Description

Description of the home

A terraced house just behind King Street. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. The place has a little wear and tear but it's cosy, quiet and attractive.

Me and a previous housemate realised we weren't using our lounge room much (we're quiet professionals in our 30s and go out instead of bring people home) so the lounge been converted into a place to store bikes and various things. The common areas are this front room, the kitchen and the dining room.

The common areas are downstairs, the bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.

About occupants
I'm Besah, I've been living in the house a long while, since 2015. I work as a freelance video editor and occasionally do gig work on the side. I'm quiet, I like to read, go out on my bike, learn new skills and hang out with close friends, though I spend most of my time these days chasing down freelance work.

I lived with my housemate Will for 10 years, we got along great, we're both very easy going. He moved out recently, Roc is my other housemate. He works at the university, he's also easy going and friendly.

We (and the 3rd housemate who is moving out) rarely bump into each other as we have different schedules. The house is perfect for quiet, independent people around our age as you'll often feel like you'll have the place to yourself.
Compatible people
Looking for an independent housemate who sees home as a quiet place to unwind. We're busy with our own schedules so don't always bump into each other but we're respectful and up for a chat when we do.
Description of pets
None (sadly, used to have a cat).
