Home Description

Description of the home

A terraced house just behind King Street. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. The place has some wear and tear (hence the very low rent for the area) but it's cosy and quiet.

Me and my housemate realised we weren't using our lounge room much (we're quiet professionals in our 30s and usually go out instead of bring people home) so the lounge been converted into a place to store bikes and various things. The common areas are this front room, the kitchen and the dining room.

The common areas are downstairs, the bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.

About occupants
I'm Besah, I've been living in the house a long while. I work as a freelance video editor and do gig work on the side. I'm quiet, I like to read, go out on my bike, learn new skills and hang out with close friends, though I spend most of my time these days chasing down freelance work. I get along great with my housemate, we've lived together nearly 10 years. We hung out all the time when we he first moved in but these days we're busy with our own things. We respect each others space, we do our own things but have a chat when we cross paths.
Compatible people
Friendly and quiet (i.e. no house parties, not regularly bring people back to the house, going out to socialise with friends instead). Me and my housemate are laid back and friendly, we like to catch up with each other when we cross paths but we generally do our own things and give each other our own space.
Description of pets
None (sadly, used to have a cat).
