We have a room opening up in our 3-bed apartment right in the heart of Newtown and are looking for someone to join us.

The location is pretty hard to beat-it's a 3-minute walk to the train station for easy CBD access, and there are heaps of bus routes nearby that head straight to Coogee and Bondi.

The details

The Room: It's spacious, comes with a Queen-sized mattress, and has a large window with plenty of light.

The Apartment: It's fully furnished, renovated, and has AC/heating.

The kitchen is kitted out with induction cooking, an air-fryer, and a microwave. We also have a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Rent: $440/week. This covers your electricity, internet, and water, so no worrying about extra bills.
