We are a 5 minute walk to King Street and across the road from the amazing Sydney Parklands. The best of both worlds on your door step! The apartment is on a quiet street in St. Peter's/border of Newtown, it's good as new, spacious, light and bright and with a spare room available from October 26

We are a 5 minutes walk to St. Peter's Train Station and King Street. The apartment is fully furnished with balconies off all the main rooms and living areas. The room is available has built in robes, and there is ample street parking out front. Sydney Parklands is great for runs or just lazing around in the biggest back yard on your doorstop.

You will be living with 2 professionals, i work in the Music Industry for a Major Record Company, so am out a lot at gigs and always looking to drag someone along to a show, if you are into music/gigs. And Arran works is a Roof Tiler, who is very chill and into his fitness and health. We are very easy going, and enjoy a catch up, after work but also respect each others space and personal time.
