The room will be unfurnished - however I am moving to Berlin and currently selling my furniture on facebook market place - so happy to also sell to you.
Location: Right across from North Strathfield Station - under 1 minute. Super convenient as it's on the express line. I currently travel both into the city and to Sydney University and found it to be quite convenient.
Only one other occupant in the house who you're welcome to meet before moving in, she's 25 and works full time for the government and we have been living together for over 5 years.
I am looking for someone to take over the lease until: Thu 24/10/2024. However you will then also have the option to renew the lease with the realestate agent if you do wish to stay longer.
