Hi there! We have a private bedroom and bathroom available in our sunny townhouse in Northmead.

Frequent buses:
10 mins to Parramatta (+ 26 mins train to Central)
15 mins to Castle Hill Metro.

Short walk to Northmead shopping Village (IGA, Medical Centre, butcher, fruit shop, and more). A little further down the road is a Woolies.

A bright bedroom with a large family-sized bathroom for your exclusive use. Room comes furnished with a queen bed. A desk and chair can be supplied on request. We can also put the bed in storage if you prefer to bring your own.
Shared access to kitchen, backyard, dining, and lounge area.

Free use of high-speed internet (500/50) plus a shared TV in the lounge with many streaming services (Netflix, Binge, Stan, Disney+, Amazon, YouTube premium, paramount etc).

You’ll be sharing with myself, my partner Mez, and our two cats 🐈‍⬛.

Rent: $380/week (All bills included: Gas, Water, Electricity, Internet).

Hi everyone, my name’s Shay, I’m 25, and studying at UOW whilst also working as a medical assistant. I was born and raised here in Sydney so I love a good day at the beach or a bbq in the park. I enjoy unwinding at home but I also don’t mind having company over or watching a fun movie. When I’m studying, I appreciate a calm environment and so I’d be sure to provide you with the same if you wfh or you’re a student! 😊 I live with my partner Mez who is studying towards occupational therapy and working as a personal carer. He lives a fairly active lifestyle between gym and playing basketball with friends. We both meal prep as part of our routine so we’d prefer to keep food seperate. However, we’re happy to share our kitchen utensils and plenty of spices with you.

Description of pets
We have two friendly rescue cats, Moonie and Missy. They’re both two years old and love a good nap and a scratch. Moonie is a big intelligent baby and when he’s not watching birds, he needs his cuddles. Missy sleeps most of the day but emerges sometimes to eat or recharge in the sun.
