I'm moving into a 2 bedroom apartment in Paddington and looking for a housemate to fill the second room which will be available from the 10th of May. It's a gorgeous, light-filled apartment on the 3rd story of a secure building that has a sauna, pool and small gym. The apartment will be fully furnished apart from the second bedroom. The location is amazing - it's a 5 minute walk up to Oxford Street, where there are lots of bus options (into the city and into Bondi Junction), and heaps of cafes, restaurants and shops to explore. Also super close to centennial park!

You'll be living with me, Helena (33). I work full-time in finance, and am in the office 3 days a week. I'm very active and am out of the house early most mornings to go for a run with my dog Rex. I love cooking, so have a very well-stocked kitchen including a great coffee machine.

I'd like to live with someone who is friendly and social and who is keen to make the apartment feel like a home. Ideally you'll like dogs, as you'll get the benefits of living with one without the costs of pet ownership. I don't smoke or vape so want to keep the apartment smoking-free.

Description of pets
Rex is a 6 year old Kelpie cross who I rescued when he was pup. He gets a tonne of exercise with me before and after work, so mostly during the days he lounges on his bed and naps.
