Hello future flatmate! We’ve got a great room available in our awesome Paddington flat with a friendly group of full-time working professionals.

It’s a fun and relaxed place—we enjoy hanging out, the occasional party, and chill movie nights, but everyone also respects each other’s space and downtime.

The location is 5 minutes from Edgecliff Station with trains to Bondi Junction and the city. On-street parking is available too.

You’ll also be 5 minutes from supermarkets, bottlos, gyms, chemists, barbers—everything you need. Plus, it’s only 10–15 minutes to Five Ways or Oxford Street, home to heaps of great bars and restaurants.

The room:
It’s the master bedroom with your own bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, private deck, air con, and plenty of space for a bed, and desk.
