Description of the home
Our apartment is a spacious penthouse, single-floor apartment that contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sun-soaked, open plan living area features comfy seats, a leather couch, and plenty of natural light. Plus, we enjoy gorgeous views from our expansive balcony, which also contains an eclectic range of plants cultivated by Ivan.
We have a fully kitted kitchen with Miele appliances (gas oven and dishwasher) and a gas stove. For the laundry, we have a washer, a dryer, and a clothes drying rack to ensure that everyone has enough space for their laundry.
In terms of our location, we’re only a short walk to the nearby light rail line, only a 20-minute walk into the city, and the Broadway shopping centre is only a 15-minute walk away or a 5-minute drive. The fish market is 10 minutes walk away too! There is a great range of restaurants and cafes around the corner along Harris Street.

I'm a nurse who hits the gym a few times a week after work (no mornings thanks!). I'm pretty easy-going, relaxed and chill. Always up to have a chat and hang out together. And if you have any issues in the apartment, I'm always happy to discuss them with you.
While I'm at home, I like to relax with a book or a videogame, on my computer, or plonked down in front of the tv (with Mila ofc) to watch Netflix - usually anime!
Hey, I'm Jem, I'm a PhD student from the UK studying molecular biology. I'm usually working 9-5 at the uni. I like both chill nights in or grabbing drinks and heading out.
But we also understand and respect that everyone needs some quiet, private time too.
When it comes to cleaning, we like to keep the apartment generally clean and tidy. We do have a cleaning roster to keep things fair.
Ultimately, we're looking for someone who is kind, friendly, and grounded.
