Unfurnished room in a relaxed, clean apartment just 5 minutes from Queenscliff Beach — close to cafes, buses, and all the essentials. The vibe is chill and low-key, with a comfy shared living space. Looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and respectful to share the place. 🐚🌊

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment less than 2 minutes walk from the 166 bus to manly wharf and 5-10 mins walk to 165x bus stop to the city - 10 mins walk from IGA in Freshie, cafes and Manly and Freshie beaches.

I've just moved out, so you'll be living with my old housemate Molly (she's awesome and definitely the best housemate I've lived with so far!)

The place is cat friendly too, I'll just have to talk to the landlord about this if you have a cat.

The photos of the bedroom are of your (prospective) room - there's a built in wardrobe and a mirror you can keep! The bed in the photos is a queen bed, for size reference.

There's a laundry room with a dryer, storage space for bicycles under the stairwell, and shared space to hang your laundry up outside as well.

The lease is up for renewal in a couple months and we would prefer someone who is keen on staying for another 12 months and signing onto the lease to replace me, so ideally you'll have decent rental history and payslips you can show the landlord when it comes to this. We've already gotten confirmation that the rent will be going up by 20 dollars a week, so 10 for you and 10 for Molly.

Bills and expenses

Electricity and broadband only. Electricity is standard, obviously gets a bit expensive if you use a heater and the dryer all the time but usually something between 200-400 per quarter. Discuss broadband with Molly, the current plan is 110 per month but she wants to switch to a cheaper plan. All bills split 50/50
