Hi, My current housemate will be moving out by 12th July 2026 and I am looking for a new housemate to share this spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Both the bedrooms fit a queen size bed very comfortably and have built-in wardrobes.

I have bought all new furniture. The bedroom can be with or without bed.

The apartment is on Crown Road, Queenscliff (Northern Beaches close to Manly). 10 minute walk to Queenscliff or Freshwater beach. There's frequent buses in both directions (in and out of Manly) and express buses to the city during peak hours.

The apartment has all brand new furniture, CTV, fridge, air fryer oven, washing machine, couches, desks etc.

There’s also a seperate section for an office space. There’s a large lounge area, a good size kitchen, balcony and separate laundry.
