Large carpeted room with large double built in wardrobe, is furnished with a super comfy queen sized bed plus drawers & TV + has plenty of room for more drawers, . You will have a big bathroom all to yourself also. Its on the west side of the building so gets a lot of afternoon sun swell as sunsets. The room is set back from the rd so theres no street noise. Room comes with covered security parking. I have a cleaner that comes monthly that will be no extra cost to you also.

My place is a big - spacious, modern 2 storey - 3 bedroom unit in Queensie. The apartment is in a security building with internal car spots + storage cage. I have the penthouse apartment, which has all bedrooms + laundry & bathroom on the first floor, then an open flowing second floor that has bathroom, dining, kitchen, lounge area & 2 balconies, the main one being a pretty big open area with views which is awesome for BBQs, catching some rays in summer, or chilling infront of the sunset!!
It's situated 5 mins walk to either Freshie or Queensie beaches, and have a couple bus stops basically at our front door if you needed public transport.
