60s style small apartment block, solid build, very soundproof, top floor is light & sunny, 2 x bedrooms face east to Botany Bay for sunrise and morning sun, dining room & kitchen face west for a cosy sun drenched sunset in winter. Very close to Ramsgate Beach, shopping centre, cafes etc but still surprisingly peaceful. Ramsgate Farmers Markets a block away every Saturday morning. Bus stop to City & Kogarah station close by. Off street parking available. Has separate laundry + toilet. Has bath & shower in bathroom. Very friendly neighbours too.
