Very close to Ramsgate Beach, shopping centre, cafes etc and also beautifully peaceful. Ramsgate Farmers Markets a block away every Saturday morning. Bus stop to City & Kogarah station close by. Off street parking available. Has separate laundry + toilet. Has bath & shower in bathroom. Very friendly neighbours too.

Compatible people
I have had 4 flatmates from this site stay from 2 months- 8 months and they have all been very different and I enjoy meeting new people. Its has always been a positive experience for me. What has really worked is open communication of expectations, respect of each others space, friendliness and positive regard. I am very adaptable so when I know my flatmates patterns and preferences I naturally work around that. Whilst I made a career of being a party person in the past, those days are over and I prefer to live with someone who likes chilled socialising when at home.
