It’s a 5 minute walk up the hill to Avoca St and Royal Randwick shopping centre; 10 mins walk to the light rail, the POW Hospital and the Spot. 15 mins walk to UNSW. And then a 10/15 mins walk down to Coogee beach in the opposite direction. And a bus stop right outside your door if you’re feeling lazy or commute to the city.

It’s a modern 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. One enormous bedroom, one generous sized one, and one more suitable for a single (but still comfortably fitting and double bed and mattress and has a large built in wardrobe). It is fully furnished, with unlimited wifi and all bills included. The largest room is available from June 9th. The other 2 rooms are available now.
