This is a gorgeous, fully furnished, 2 bedroom apartment in an ideal summer location - 2 mins walk from the peaceful Spot district in Randwick, but just 5 mins walk from the shops, transport and hustle and bustle of Randwick Junction. Only a 15 min stroll down to Coogee Beach for a morning dip; or 5 mins on the busses at your doorstep if you’re feeling lazy!

The apartment is fully renovated. Some of its features: light wooden floors throughout, except the bedrooms which have plush new carpets; aircon in the living area and remote controlled ceiling fans in both bedrooms; huge built in wardrobes in both bedrooms plus extra linen storage and shoe cabinets by the entry; bathroom with a large, rain forest shower and separate bath; and a large, north-facing sun-drenched but covered balcony off the living space.

It feels extremely modern inside. It’s furnished nicely and comes with all you need in the kitchen. Happy to provide bedding, towels etc for a short term stay.

I live here alone but I’m heading to the UK for an extended Christmas break. So as well as advertising for a flatmate, I’m also open to renting the whole place while I’m away. And I can be flexible with dates as my plans aren't set in stone. Anytime from Weds 3rd December through to mid Jan or even longer if needs be - as I can make other arrangements when I’m first back here.

Room rent $700pw. All bills included. 2 weeks bond for 2 weeks notice when you want to leave. +$100 for a couple.
