First floor apartment with leafy outlook onto a quiet street with minimal traffic noise. The place gets lots of natural light and has a private, spacious layout. The kitchen opens up on to sunny patio. In addition there is a communal bbq area and clothes drying line. Shared bathroom, shower over bath. It's 17 mins walk to Clovelly Beach, centrally located. The bus stops for the city, Bondi Junction or Coogee Beach are literally on our doorstep. Great location with cafes, shops and supermarket 2 mins walk. Also on our doorstep, Queens Park!
