Home Description
Description of the home
Just moved into a sweet 2 BR/2BA apartment by the race course and Centennial Park. The flat is on the top floor with a lift and secure entry. There's a large balcony that runs the width of the place and each room has a sliding door onto it. There's AC in the living room, a nook outside [your] room, and a dedicated rooftop space for us (locked fence). 2nd/Guest bathroom will be yours and has a large shower. Also, internal laundry room with washer and dryer. Kitchen is small, but has the essentials: half-sized dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas oven/stovetop, air fryer, cookware/utensils and whiteware.
I'm still working out the furnishings for the living room as my last place was bigger. So, some things don't fit here and I'm working on selling them and getting stuff that fits better.
Location is great as it's close to bus and 2 tram stops. Petrol stations on either side of the building. Within a 10 min drive to main shops on Belmore/Avoca, Coogee Beach, Bondi Junction, UNSW/NIDA/PoW Hospital, Kingsford, The Spot, Moore Park/Entertainment Quarter. 30 min by public transport to the CBD.
There's limited permit parking on the streets behind the complex which you can buy from the Council.

Bills and expenses
All bills divided evenly:
gas & electricity quarterly (would guess it works out to about $75/month for each of us)
internet monthly ($42.50 your half on NBN 100/40)
Bond: 4 weeks (this site doesn’t have that as an option to select, so not one month)
Occupants Description
- Cooking and food
- Movies
- Television
- Travel
- Video games
No couples as the max occupancy is 2 people per the lease.
Sadly, no WFH more than 2 days/week cuz I've been there/done that and it was not a good experience.
If you have a cat, we'd have to speak with the building manager and property manager to see if that would be allowed.
