About the property
Do you want a chill, low-key house just a few minutes stroll from the beach without paying the exorbitant Eastern Suburbs prices? Do you want a space shared with awesome housemates in a social setting? Do you want a home rather than just a place to sleep?
We are looking for someone who would like to join us until the 19th of August 2026, but we can find a solution for longer if you want!

About the house
The house is beautiful and kind of old, with big shared spaces, such as a well-furnished kitchen and a big living room. There is also a small front garden and a backyard, where anyone is welcome to try out their gardening skills in whatever experiment they desire. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms, a sunroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a shared office space, a second bathroom, and a second lounge area, along with a fifth bedroom. The laundry is outdoors, along with a garage that can be used for bike storage or similar.
*The house has a rotation of chores that changes every week to ensure that the place is kept clean and it's VERY IMPORTANT to us that the shared spaces are always clean and organised.
*The price is cheap for the area, with all bills (water, electricity, internet and, gas) included in the weekly rent. We consider ourselves lucky to be living here.
*The house is on a quiet dead-end street, with plenty of free parking. *Bus stops to the CBD and Bondi Junction are 50-100 meters away. *Coogee Beach is a 10-15 mins walk away (it's great to go for a swim after work!) and UNSW is within walking distance, too. A short walk
(albeit up a steep hill) takes you to the Royal Randwick shopping centre and the L2 light rail line.

unusual to share a dinner, watch a film together or organise a barbecue at home at the weekend. Our hobbies include swimming, spotrts, films, good reading, running, walking, yoga, and photography. We are a welcoming family, where we want everyone to feel comfortable. For all of us, it is a home away from home.
