The apartment is positioned in a little culdesac, with our balcony facing a little reserve so it is very quite, never had any issues with our neighbours in the time I’ve lived here and you can catch all major buses into the city from a short 5-10 min walk. Randwick shopping centre is also only about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment, there is a lot of street parking near by. If you are into your sunrise walks, Coogee beach is about a 15-20 min stroll away

I don’t really look for much outside somebody who is clean and respectful and will share duties of maintaining a clean apartment with me though I’m not someone who is over the top, if the dishes don’t get done until after dinner it’s no biggy, so long as they aren’t left there all day haha.
