2 Furnished Rooms, one with an ensuite and one the size of a studio, are available in a large social terrace 5 minutes walk from Central and Redfern Station.

The first room features an ensuite bathroom and comes furnished with a Double bed, Desk and Clothes Rack. It’s $465pw plus $35pw for bills. So $500pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $600pw altogether. Its avail 7th Dec.

The second room is the size of a studio and comes furnished with a Queen bed, Desk and Wardrobe. It’s $415pw plus $35pw for bills. So $450pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $550pw altogether. Its avail 8th Dec.

The rest of the house features 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a large lounge room, outdoor area, free washing machine and dryer and super fast wifi. The house is also very close to Prince Alfred Park which features a swimming pool, tennis courts and free basketball courts.
