The first room comes furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe and desk. It’s $365pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $400pw altogether. It’s also available for two people for an extra $100pw, or $500pw altogether. The room is avail now.

The second room comes furnished with a queen bed, large open wardrobe and desk. It also features a private balcony. It’s $365pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $400pw altogether. It’s also available for two people for an extra $100pw, or $500pw altogether. The room is also avail now.

There is also a large lounge room, dining room, two kitchens, two bathrooms and fast NBN Wifi.

The other flat mates are; Marcel (25) from Thailand works in project management, Pedro (31) from Argentina works in construction, Gopi (26) from Mumbai works in marketing, Stephen (27) from Germany works in carpentry, Jane (24) from Australia, works and studies fashion.

Please keep in mind that this is a very large terrace with 9 rooms and 9 people in total. It is quite social, but it is definitely not a party house.
