The 2nd room is the size of a studio and comes furnished with a Queen bed, Desk, couch and clothes rack. It’s $340pw plus $35pw for bills. So $375pw altogether. It’s avail now. It’s also avail to a couple for an extra $100pw or $475pw

The rest of the house features 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a large lounge room, outdoor area, free washing machine and dryer and super fast wifi. The house is also very close to Prince Alfred Park which features a swimming pool, tennis courts and free basketball courts.
