2 Furnished Rooms, one with an ensuite and one with a private balcony are available in a large social terrace 5 minutes walk from Central and Redfern Station.

The first room features a private balcony and comes furnished with a Queen bed, Desk and Large Open Wardrobe. It’s $465pw plus $35pw for bills. So $500pw altogether. The room is available 7th Dec and we will start showing it from 17th Nov. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $600pw altogether.

The rest of the house features 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a large lounge room, outdoor area, free washing machine and dryer and super fast wifi. The house is also very close to Prince Alfred Park which features a swimming pool, tennis courts and free basketball courts.

Please keep in mind this is a large terrace, with 10 rooms altogether. It is quite social, but it is not a party house.
