Enjoy playing tennis, swimming, gym and exploring new places on days off.
I am friendly, positive, honest, fair and kind and I like keeping the place quiet and tidy.
I always chuck out the garbage before bed, clean the dishes and put them away before going to sleep as I don't want bugs (yuk).
I vacuum once every two weeks which doesn't take more then like 10 minutes and there is a silent ion air purifier in the living room that eliminates any dust.
Most of the time I keep to myself but don't mind a chat, sharing the sofa when watching or movie/tv, or sharing a cup of tea or coffee.
I have a busy life and am in bed and sleeping by about 11pm since I start work around 8am Monday to Friday along with my TAFE diploma 3 nights a week.
I am honestly very relaxed and understand if you need personal space (we all do), as long as the rent is paid on time and the property is kept clean and tidy 👍😁
