I am friendly, positive, honest, fair and kind and I like keeping the place quiet and tidy.
I always chuck out the garbage before bed, clean the dishes and put them away before going to sleep as I don't want bugs (yuk).
I vacuum once every two weeks which doesn't take more then like 10 minutes and there is a silent ion air purifier in the living room that eliminates any dust.
I am honestly very relaxed and understand we all need personal space (we all do), as long as the rent is paid on time and the property is kept clean and tidy 👍😁
