It's huge 3 bed freestanding apartment above a warehouse and no other tenants
I am a traveler and business owner, the apartment is huge so plenty of space, everything needed is at site
You must be employed or a student or a traveler about to get work, the house needs a clean once a week, happy to split it so its once a fortnight per tenant
smokers outside is fine, I smoke outside, sometimes I dog sit a kelpie for a few days and he hangs out at the apartment
currently just myself, hospo background and away often, I am a late night person (quietly)
I am 45, not trashy but not boring
I just ask good manners and keep it clean, friends over is fine occasionally, you need to be able to change a light globe, take the rubbish out etc
there is free street parking nearby,the neighbours are a mechanic workshop
