The house is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Good location between Bondi Beach and Rose Bay. There is a bus stop close by that offers a direct connection to Bondi Junction. We share a specious kitchen looking out on the cosy living room with lots of sunlight and a small balcony attached. The house also has a shared backyard. out on the living room.

Your bedroom comes with a bed and closet, but I can remove this as well if you bring your own furniture.

Free street parking available outside the apartment.

You’ll be living with, well, me! I’m 36, originally from the Netherlands, and have been living in Sydney for over 7 years now. I work full-time in the office during the week and outside of work my life is pretty busy with the gym, sports and a big social life, so I’m honestly not home all that much.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy to live with. Keeping the apartment tidy is really important to me, especially in the shared spaces. I’m definitely friendly and always up for the occasional wine or chat, but I’m mainly looking for a relaxed and respectful living situation.
