Home Description

Description of the home

I'm looking for a flatmate to share a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Rose Bay.

The apartment is on the top floor with a north-east aspect, so it gets plenty of natural light throughout the day. It's fully furnished, has air conditioning in the living area, and is a comfortable place to come home to.

I've already got the shared spaces set up with all the furniture, with household essentials, so you'll only need to bring your bedroom furniture and personal belongings.

Ferry: Rose Bay Wharf has regular ferries to Circular Quay, taking around 15–20 minutes. It's one of the nicest commutes in Sydney.
Bus: Frequent buses along New South Head Road and Old South Head Road connect Rose Bay to the CBD, Bondi Junction, Double Bay, Watsons Bay, and the Eastern Suburbs.
Driving: Around 20–30 minutes to the CBD, depending on traffic.

Walk to the harbour foreshore and Lyne Park.
Close to the scenic walk between Rose Bay and Watsons Bay.
Plenty of gyms, supermarkets, boutiques, and local restaurants.
A quieter, more residential atmosphere than Bondi, while still being only a short drive or bus ride from Bondi Beach.

About occupants
Hi Guys,

I'm Ben, I work full-time in sales (8am–6pm) and have recently moved to Sydney. I'm social and enjoy meeting new people, but I also value downtime and respect each other's personal space.

You'll be moving into a clean, tidy, and well-maintained home, I'm big on keeping shared spaces organised. On weekends, I'm usually out enjoying the beach, trying new restaurants, catching up with friends, or heading away for a trip interstate.
Compatible people
I'm looking for someone who's easygoing, respectful, and tidy, and who appreciates a clean, relaxed home.

If it sounds like it could be a good fit, feel free to reach out. Happy to grab a coffee or drink and show you the apartment.
