My housemate is moving out of this lovely apartment and looking for someone to take over her room and go on the lease. You’ll be living with me (Gemma), who is staying on.

- bedroom will need to be furnished

- Fully equipped kitchen
- Washer, dryer, fridge, kitchen table & all living room furniture already provided
- Plenty of storage throughout the apartment + storage cage
- Ducted air-conditioning throughout
- Basement parking available (can be discussed), plus plenty of free untimed street parking nearby

👋 Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be sharing with Gemma (34), who works full-time in marketing (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH). She’s social and outgoing but keeps the home quiet, clean, and relaxed — occasional dinners at home with friends, but no parties. Very respectful and easy to live with.
Looking for a similar-minded housemate — clean, considerate, and respectful.
Female preferred (however, men considered), LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈

💰 Rent & Bills
$980 per fortnight ($490/week), paid fortnightly

Internet: $93/month (split)

Gas: approx. $200 quarterly (split)

Electricity: approx. $130–$180/month (split)

Note: rent was not increased at the last lease renewal.
