Home Description
Description of the home
A large sandstone house like this is hard to find. Spacious, rich in history and with a view of the Anzac Bridge from the backyard. You'll be taking a bedroom on the top floor and have access to a backyard, lounge room, "jazz room", kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large backroom.
There are 2 car spaces which you would share with 2 other housemates. Applying for your own parking permit is also an option.
The closest bus stop is just a 2 minute walk, right next to Anzac Bridge.
The room will be available on 11 March. It will be unfurnished but the furniture is negotiable.
If you are interested meeting everyone in the house, we can schedule an inspection during weekday after 6:30pm. It will be good to meet the housemates in person and see if you can match with their lifestyle and vice-versa for them.
