Large 4 bedroom brick veneer home in Ruse to share with 1 other person.
You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. There is a single bed and a large TV in the room at the moment but these can be moved if you have your own furniture.
There are 2 cats that have there own cat door and they won't go into your bedroom if you don't want them to.
The house is fully furnished and is very peaceful. You can use the kitchen, laundry and basically make yourself at home .
There's parking on a double driveway. The house is in a quiet street about 20 minutes' walk to Leumeah railway station. There's a bus stop about a 2-minute walk from the house as well.

The rent is $200 per week. Payable in advance every fortnight. The bond is 2 weeks' rent in advance. The rent is not negotiable. I think it's a bargain because it's a nice house and I'm a great landlord.

I don't care if you love a drink, but I won't tolerate illegal drug use at all. You must have a job and be able to pay the rent.
I'm a reasonable, open-minded person but I do insist that you clean up after yourself, especially in the kitchen. I'm not a clean freak but you must be considerate to leave the kitchen in a reasonable state after you cook.
You must be clean, respectful, positive, and considerate.
Hopefully, you don't have cat allergies. My cats don't get along with dogs, so you won't be able to bring any animals with you.
I go away a lot so am looking for someone reliable who likes cats and who would feed my cats when I’m away.
