Sharing with a physiologist / personal trainer and a business owner who is frequently away working. We are a cool, fun, happy relaxed stable household - our previous HM has been with us 6 years - about to go OS to care for his elderly mum. Looking for a cool, fun, easy going clean tidy person who might an occasional drink, meal and a laugh together but also likes their own time and has their own life. Huge peaceful sunny room with massive mirrored built ins available that overlooks a beautiful big sunny yard and garden. Room furnished or unfurnished - your preference. Fantastic free daily yoga, chi gong and sand sessions exercise classes on the beach right across the road. Cycle tracks along coast to City or Cronulla. Weight training available on site.
