The house is on the eastern side of Scotland Island ( at the top of Eastern Steps) the ferry is nearby and comes every hour … half hour to Church Point)
The house was built back in the 80s … 3 bedrooms, large open plan kitchen, living and office space ( multi level) . High ceilings … large deck over looking Pittwater … back deck and BBQ area … steps at the back of the house leading to the top of the island nature reserve.
