Description of the home

This house is on a quiet street only 200 metres from Seven Hills railway station. It is across the road from Seven Hills Plaza shopping Centre.

You will share this house with two other female housemates each with their own private room.

There is a common lounge room, dining room and gas kitchen with dishwasher. There is one shared main bathroom and a separate laundry with toilet.

This house has free unlimited Wifi internet. It has central air conditioning and security alarms. You will share with female house mates only.

Water/Gas and Internet bills are included in the rent.

You can walk to the station and bus interchange in 2 minutes. Express train to the city in 45 minutes and bus service covers all North West areas including the Hills District, Norwest and Parramatta.

Seven Hills Plaza shopping centre is just across the road. It has all major supermarkets, banks, Post Office and food court.
You can travel to Macquarie University and Macquarie Park from Seven Hills Station via Express Bus every five minutes.
It's a short train ride to the Western Sydney University campuses at Westmead and Parramatta.
It's also a very short drive to Norwest Business Park.
It is very close to Blacktown Hospital, TAFE and a number of primary and secondary schools in the area.

The kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated with new cabinets, flooring and appliances.

The bedroom and lounge dining rooms have been repainted with brand new window blinds and new built-in wardrobes installed.

The kitchen has gas cooking and dishwasher.

You have your own generous sized room with the option of being furnishing or unfurnished. If furnishing is required, we can supply a king single size bed and a desk and chair.

There is a single shared main bathroom for three female house mates, there is also a separate laundry with toilet facilities.

The maintenance of the house and yards are taken care of by the owner, so you won't need to do any gardening work.

Bills and expenses

Electricity bill only. Divided equally between 3 housemates every 3 months. Water, Gas and internet are free.
