Comfortably fits a double or queen sized bed and some storage/ tv unit. Built in wardrobe with mirrors that slide as the ‘doors’. Shared bathroom but I am usually not home until 7+ pm. Shared kitchen would love someone that we can get to know each other too and have a nice respectful living situation .

Sweet granny flat with own driveway. Has a nice back yard too with a bbq. 4 minute drive from seven hills station, 5 minute drive to blacktown station. Closest Shops is Seven Hills Plaza or Westpoint shopping centre that is only a 5 minute drive away. Just around the corner from a bus stop that is a short ride to either station too. Looking for a roommate ideally a girl that is respectful not overly loud and understanding that I need to keep the space clean as I am just renting myself. Unfortunately my landlord is putting up my rent by a huge jump putting me in the position where I am looking for a roommate so would love someone that is kind to me and the space.

Description of pets
I have 2 cats they are currently at my mums house for a while as I have had a few work trips lately and my mum usually watches them for the week when I am away. Their names are piper who is very reserved and millie who is SUPER affectionate piper is a 15 year old siamese that was a stray cat they we fell in love with when I lived in Singapore in 2015 (and flew her back here when we moved back to australia) and millie is a 5 year old tabby I love them both so so so much.
