Welcome to our modern humble abode with three bedrooms and one bathroom. The weekly rent for the room is $400, and the bond required is $1,600, equivalent to four weeks' rent. As our previous roommate Julia is returning to Brazil, the new occupant of her room would need to purchase the furniture and details listed below for $350:
