Located in Saint Peters surrounded by shops, gyms, restaurants, and pubs, you'll have everything you need within easy reach. Sydenham Station is a five-minute walk away, and buses to the City and Universities are just a minute away.

I provide furniture and dishes for the shared areas, but am always open for something new. And you're welcome to furnish your bedroom as you like—currently, the room offers a built-in wardrobe, chair, bedside table and a lamp.

I'm a pretty fun and relaxed guy who works from home, so weekdays are quiet, and weekends are often for entertaining. You'll also likely meet two indoor-outdoor cats, Lord Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
