You'll be moving into the master bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom. The room has a balcony and a west-facing window so gets plenty of sunlight. There's also built-in wardrobe and AC which is very convenient.
I'd prefer the new flatmate to be a dog-person as I have a 3-year-old Golden Retriever named Yogi. He's very-well trained and very friendly so I'm pretty sure you'll get along well.
