The bedroom is at the front of the house facing a private front yard on a quiet street. It has big windows and is well lit. There is currently no furniture in the room however I have a wardrobe and set of drawers available if you need them. There is a TV plug and Netflix is available in the room. It's a great price for the quality of this house with a friendly and chilled guy's to boot!

It's a great house with multiple living areas (lounge & reading room, outdoor deck off kitchen) and a dining room. The kitchen is very modern ( and I'm a real foodie) with all appliances including dishwasher and can open up onto the back deck with folding doors making it a great indoor/outdoor living/entertaining space.

The bathroom is also very modern with rains water shower and a big deep modern bath. The room on offer is a decent size with windows garden. It doesn't have any built-ins but has plenty of space for robes/drawers with a queen size bed. The house is light and has plenty of ventilation and located on a nice quiet street that has NO parking restrictions and I always find a park no probs.

The bus stop to the city is 100m away and St Peters & Sydenham stations are both about a 10 min walk. Marrickville Metro and King St Newtown are both very close with lots of cafe culture around us.

It'd be great to share with someone who share similar values of a share house. That is house proud without it being perfect all the time, tidy, social without living out of each others back pockets and must love dogs. If you cook as well that'd be great as I do....overall it's a really nice house that you'd be happy to invite friends over to and I love a good bbq gathering.
