* Super convenient location, but still quiet and peaceful
* Perfectly suited for women seeking a safe and relaxing home
* 2 bed / 2 bath – you’ll have your own bathroom (Master Room)
* Weekly payment $445 (inc.Bills/Internet)

I value personal space and relaxation and clean life styler , so I see home as a peaceful place to rest. For this reason, I don’t host parties or invite friends over.

About the Ideal Flatmate:
* Full-time worker or university student
* Clean, respectful, and well-mannered
- [ ] Doesn’t cook heavily in the evening (I mostly use the kitchen and living room after 4-5pm so light or no cooking in the evening is preferred) – cooking before 4 PM is totally fine🙂
* Minimum stay: 1 year
* Keeps shared areas clean and respects boundaries
* None smoker
* No invitings
