Located 10 minutes walk to Summer Hill Village and Summer Hill Station, within a leafy suburban context. The bedroom offered is large (3.3x3.7) and comes with a built-in wardrobe. The room catches endless afternoon sun. The rest of the apartment is shared space, excluding the main bedroom, but will be furnished.
