Are you looking for more than just a room? Come join our friendly christian share house in a stunning, Victorian terrace in the heart of Surry Hills.

From the 10th of December, we’ll have a beautiful, oversized room available and are looking for a friendly, considerate christian (preferably male) who genuinely enjoys community, while also valuing their own independence and space.

✨The House

We’re currently a household of 7 adults (4 women and 3 men) attending a range of churches across Sydney, Hillsong, Bethel, Grace City and St Mark's and we're looking for someone who shares our christian faith and values. We are a friendly bunch with busy lives, but we really value creating a home where people know each other, look out for one another and enjoy doing life together.

We have a weekly relaxed house dinner on Monday nights, which is one of the ways we stay connected. We’d love someone who enjoys being part of the community and would like to join us when they can.

At the same time, this isn't a house where you have to be constantly social, we respect people's downtime, there’s plenty of space to retreat, recharge and enjoy your own life.

The room is massive, approximately 4m x 6m, with two large Victorian windows. It’s so spacious that it genuinely feels a little like having your own studio!

The house itself is huge, with:
• Separate kitchen
• Separate dining area
• Large living/lounge area
• Laundry
• Outdoor entertaining space

We're right in the heart of Surry Hills, just off Crown Street, with:

💰 Rent & what's included

Rent: $341.43 per week
House kitty: $40 per week

The $40 house kitty covers:

• Shared household essentials like toilet paper, tea, paper towel, salt & pepper, oil, laundry liquid, hand soap, washing up liquid etc.
