Recently renovated terrace house in one of the best locations on Surry Hills. The house has character with high ceilings and arches, polished wooden floorboards. The kitchen and living room has plenty of natural light which is fantastic.

The house is fully furnished including a new queen size bed. So moving in a settling in will be easy! I like good quality things - this includes kitchenware and a nice TV ;-) You won't need to worry about adding to this :-) There is not too much storage room, so would suit somebody without heaps of stuff. You'll survive with just your suitcases! The bathroom is shared between 2 people, which means no annoying waits - there is always hot water! Plus the shower pressure is awesome and soothing. The place is clean and tidy and well looked after. Would be great to get someone in who will uphold the standards whilst helping make it a fun and happy place to live ;)

A quiet street with all the amenities you need close by including: supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars, train station, bus stop, dry cleaners. There is street parking available for residents with cars. You'll just need to get a permit which is easy.
