✔️Looking for a female flatmate for the second room (shared room), and it's a three-bedroom apartment with a total of five people.

✔️You can use the spa, swimming pool, sauna, and table tennis room with a booking.

✔️Inspection
- Every weekend from 9 am to 6 pm
- If you wanna make an appointment to do an inspection, please send me a message :)

❗️Special Note
- You are required to provide a copy of your passport, bank statement, and Visa (if applicable) to the real estate when registering as a resident.
- Create an Access Key with a photo printed on it ($100)

🚗Car Park
If you need a car park, you can rent it through the management for $40-50/w.
